blink-182 Working on New Album, Travis Barker Confirms

A new blink-182 album is officially in the works.

Drummer Travis Barker confirmed that the band is working on a new record during an interview on The New York Times’ Popcast.

“I’m working on the blink album this year,” Barker says.

The upcoming project will follow blink-182’s 2023 album, ONE MORE TIME…, which marked the return of vocalist and guitarist Tom DeLonge after a seven-year absence from the band. A deluxe edition of the album followed in 2024.

Vocalist and bassist Mark Hoppus had previously indicated that more blink-182 music was on the horizon. In 2025, Hoppus told People that he planned to begin writing new material for the band that summer.

Meanwhile, Barker is also the subject of a new documentary titled Louder than Fear. The documentary is set to premiere on Disney+ and Hulu on Aug. 13.
