Wes Anderson’s The Phoenician Scheme arrives with a rich and evocative soundtrack that perfectly complements the film’s stylized vision and international ensemble cast. The album features a sweeping original score by Alexandre Desplat, seamlessly interwoven with selections from classical masters like Stravinsky, Bach, and Beethoven, as well as jazz gems from Gene Krupa, Glenn Miller, and a newly recorded piece by the Fuasi Abdul-Khaliq Sextet.

Desplat’s score pays homage to early 20th-century classical traditions, with several cues referencing Stravinsky’s L’Oiseau de feu (The Firebird). The soundtrack also includes standout jazz recordings like “Drum Boogie,” “A String of Pearls,” and the film-exclusive “Mud Bug.”

Pressed on sea foam color vinyl, the LP package features artwork from the film along with liner notes by Wes Anderson and Alexandre Desplat, making it a collector’s piece for cinephiles and audiophiles alike.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.  

New vinyl must be unopened and unplayed, unless there is concealed damage.  

Used vinyl is graded for vinyl and jacket condition.  Please contact us directly if there is a problem. 

Signed vinyl records cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Sleeves and LP Mailers can be returned within 7 days.
