Kid Rock Greatest Hits: You Never Saw Coming

Kid Rock made the leap from the WEA association of labels in 2017, so it's not entirely a surprise that Warner released Greatest Hits: You Never Saw Coming. Unlike 2000's The History of Rock, which cobbled together remixes and re-recordings of songs from Kid's earlier records, Greatest Hits: You Never Saw Coming is a straight-up greatest-hits album, containing every one of Kid Rock's charting singles for Warner from 1999's "Cowboy" to 2015's "First Kiss." Some staples fall slightly outside of this chart range -- "Bawitaba" peaked at 104 -- but they're here anyway, along with a bunch of songs that only appeared on rock radio ("You Never Met a Motherfucker Quite Like Me," "Wasting Time," "American Bad Ass"). All in all, it winds up as a good summary and introduction to Kid Rock, tracing his evolution from rebel to retro-rocker. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.  

New vinyl must be unopened and unplayed, unless there is concealed damage.  

Used vinyl is graded for vinyl and jacket condition.  Please contact us directly if there is a problem. 

Signed vinyl records cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Sleeves and LP Mailers can be returned within 7 days.
