The Linda Lindas have released a new song titled "Closer," an original collaboration with Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams.

The track is not a cover of the Nine Inch Nails song of the same name. Instead, it features Williams as both a co-writer and guest vocalist.

In a statement, The Linda Lindas shared their excitement about working with Williams, saying that having her write and sing on the song made it complete and expressing their gratitude for the collaboration.

Williams previously joined The Linda Lindas onstage during a performance in London in 2025.

"Closer" will appear on the band's upcoming album, Gotta Get Out, which is scheduled for release on Aug. 28. The album also features the previously released single "Burning Out."

Following the album's release, The Linda Lindas will perform with Bleachers in September before appearing at Tom Morello's Power to the People festival in October.
