Sublime's Self-Titled Album Earns Diamond Certification

Sublime has reached a major career milestone as the band's 1996 self-titled album has been certified Diamond by the RIAA after surpassing 10 million certified units.

The album produced several of the band's best-known songs, including "Santeria," "What I Got," "Wrong Way" and "Doin' Time."

Sublime was the band's final album featuring frontman Bradley Nowell, who died just months before its release.

Although Sublime with Rome later released several albums, Sublime remained the band's final studio album until the group reunited in 2023 with Bradley Nowell's son, Jakob Nowell, taking over lead vocals and guitar.

The reunited band released its first new album in 30 years, Until the Sun Explodes, in June.

Sublime is also scheduled to perform at New York City's Central Park on Aug. 14 as part of ABC's Good Morning America Summer Concert series.
