Sleep Theory Releases Heavy Rock Cover of *NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye"

Sleep Theory has released an official studio cover of *NSYNC's hit song "Bye Bye Bye."

The band has regularly performed the track during live shows and has now recorded a studio version that puts a heavier rock spin on the pop classic while retaining its recognizable vocal harmonies.

A music video for the cover is available now on YouTube.

The release follows Sleep Theory's 2025 debut album, Afterglow. The band's current single, "Words Are Worthless," recently reached No. 1 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart and continues to climb the Alternative Airplay chart.

Sleep Theory is scheduled to begin a U.S. tour in July.
