My Chemical Romance has announced the launch of the official MCRmy fan community, giving fans a dedicated place to connect and receive updates from the band.

Described as a "home for our fans to gather," the new community will provide special updates, information, and media for members of the MCRmy.

"The MCRmy has been part of what we do from the beginning, and we are very excited that there will be an official shared space for special updates, information, and media for all of you," the band shared. "We are humbled to be able to do this and that you all continue to show up."

Fans can also follow @MCRmyofficial on Instagram for updates.

The announcement comes ahead of My Chemical Romance's U.S. tour, which launches in August in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the band's 2006 album, The Black Parade.

The band is also set to release a deluxe reissue of its 2010 album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, on July 10.
