Evanescence has earned another major career milestone as the band's breakthrough hit "Bring Me to Life" has been certified Diamond by the RIAA.

The 2003 single has surpassed 11 million units sold. The Diamond certification is awarded to recordings that reach at least 10 million certified units.

The achievement marks Evanescence's second RIAA Diamond award. The band's debut album, Fallen, received Diamond certification in 2022.

Released in 2003, Fallen featured "Bring Me to Life" along with the hit singles "My Immortal," "Going Under," and "Everybody's Fool." A deluxe 20th anniversary edition of the album was released in 2023.

Evanescence is currently touring North America in support of its new album, Sanctuary, which was released earlier in June.
