Shipping and Billing Terms

We utilize Media Mail shipping via USPS for most orders and UPS ground shipping for larger weight boxes.  Estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days (typical average is 4 days). NOTE: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship out. Total delivery time = Processing time + Ship time. Seller Name: All credit card transactions will be billed by Music Record Shop Payment: Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of sale including any taxes and shipping charges on the date of purchase. When products are sold on this website as “pre-sell”, you agree to pay in advance for a copy of the artist’s works which appear here for sale and your product will be shipped as soon as the item is received into our warehouse as a stocked item. Returns: Any product may be retuned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of products only if they are unopened and unused. You must call or email us for a return authorization number before returning the product. All return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Damaged Products: Please contact us via phone or email for a return authorization number and return shipping label prior to returning damaged products. All contents of the items sold must be returned to receive a credit or new replacement product depending on if there is any inventory left to be sold.
