The Pretty Reckless will launch their U.S. tour on Friday in Raleigh, North Carolina, in support of their new album, Dear God.
Frontwoman Taylor Momsen shared her excitement ahead of the band's return to the road, saying she hasn't been this excited about a touring cycle in years. She described the band's renewed energy and attitude as making for an "incredible" and "super fun" live show.
The tour will feature a combination of headlining performances and dates opening for AC/DC. After supporting the legendary rock band in 2024 and 2025, The Pretty Reckless are also returning to their own headlining tour for the first time since 2022.
Momsen said she is thrilled to continue touring with AC/DC while also having the opportunity to headline their own shows, adding that being in control of the venue and stage is her favorite part of touring.
Reflecting on recent tours, Momsen also joked about her streak of bad luck after being bitten by both a bat and a spider during previous AC/DC tour dates. She hopes a recent ankle injury was the "third thing" rather than another unexpected encounter.
Dear God is available now and features the singles "For I Am Death" and "When I Wake Up."
