Industrial metal band Static-X has canceled the remainder of its 2026 tour dates due to what the group described as “serious medical issues.”

In a Facebook post shared Monday, the band said the situation was “unavoidable” and required “immediate attention.”

“We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we promise to return to the stage, bigger, stronger, and faster in 2027,” the statement read.

The band also thanked fans for their continued support, adding that they look forward to returning to the stage soon.

The current lineup of Static-X includes bassist Tony Campos, guitarist Koichi Fukuda, and drummer Ken Jay, all of whom performed on the band’s 1999 debut album, Wisconsin Death Trip. The group is fronted by the masked vocalist known as Xer0, who performs in tribute to late founding singer Wayne Static, who died in 2014.
