Sleep Theory Releases Studio Cover of Paramore's "My Heart"

Sleep Theory has released an official studio version of its cover of Paramore's "My Heart."
The release marks the second cover from the "Stuck in My Head" rockers in as many weeks, following the band's rendition of *NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye."
Like "Bye Bye Bye," Sleep Theory has regularly performed "My Heart" during its live shows. Fans can now stream the official studio recording through digital music platforms.
The band will launch a U.S. tour in July, where fans may hear both covers performed live. Sleep Theory continues to tour in support of its 2025 album, Afterglow, which features the single "Words Are Worthless."
Paramore originally released "My Heart" on its 2005 debut album, All We Know Is Falling.
