Phoebe Bridgers has postponed her run of intimate U.K. shows after being diagnosed with appendicitis.

The “Lost Boys” artist shared the news Wednesday in an Instagram Story, revealing that the diagnosis came on her birthday.

“I got appendicitis for my birthday,” Bridgers wrote. “Everything in the UK this week will have to move but I’ll make it up to you!!!!”

Bridgers performed in London on Monday, which was her birthday, and had been scheduled to play additional shows on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The health setback comes as Bridgers supports her new album, Lost Weekend. Taylor Swift recently praised the record, calling it an “absolute triumph.”

Bridgers is also scheduled to launch a sold-out U.S. arena tour in support of Lost Weekend in September.
