Mike D Sets New North American Solo Tour Dates

Michael “Mike D” Diamond of the Beastie Boys has announced another series of solo North American tour dates.

The newly announced shows begin Sept. 20 in Santa Ana, California, and continue through Oct. 20 in Toronto. A presale is available to members of Mike’s mailing list, with tickets going on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. local time.

Mike will be on the road behind his upcoming debut solo album, Thank You, which is due out Aug. 28. The release is the first full-length project from a Beastie Boys member since the group disbanded in 2012 after the death of Adam “MCA” Yauch.

Mike previously performed a run of U.S. solo shows in May. He also has an already announced headlining stretch set for Aug. 30 in Boston through Sept. 9 in New York City.
