Jack White turned his New York City concert into a family moment by welcoming his daughter, Scarlett White, to the stage.

During Saturday's performance at the Brooklyn Paramount, Scarlett joined her father on bass for performances of the White Stripes songs "Cannon" and "Black Math." Jack White later shared footage of the performance of "Cannon" on Instagram.

The show was the first of two performances at the Brooklyn Paramount, with the second taking place Sunday. White's tour continues Tuesday with a stop in Toronto.

The tour supports his newly released solo album, Frozen Charlotte, which was released on Friday.

Meanwhile, another rock family is sharing the stage. Eden Gallup, the son of The Cure bassist Simon Gallup, has been filling in on bass while his father recovers from an illness.

"We hope you will join us in wishing Simon the speediest of recoveries – and Eden thanks!" The Cure shared in an all-caps Instagram post.

The Cure's European tour resumes Wednesday in Athens.
