Florence + the Machine Earns 2026 Mercury Prize Nomination for Everybody Scream

Florence + the Machine has earned a nomination for the 2026 Mercury Prize with its 2025 album, Everybody Scream.

The prestigious annual award recognizes the best album of the year by a U.K. or Irish artist.

Other nominees this year include Paul McCartney for The Boys of Dungeon Lane, Olivia Dean for The Art of Loving, and the War Child benefit compilation HELP(2).

The HELP(2) collection features contributions from artists including Arctic Monkeys, The Last Dinner Party, Depeche Mode, beabadoobee, Fontaines D.C., Wet Leg, Foals, Damon Albarn, and Beth Gibbons of Portishead.
