Faith No More has announced its first live performances in more than 10 years.

The band will return to the stage for four shows across Australia and New Zealand in January and February 2027. System of a Down will also appear on the lineup for the concerts.

Faith No More last performed live in 2016. A planned return to touring in 2020 was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the band canceled all remaining tour dates due to mental health issues affecting frontman Mike Patton. Patton later revealed he had been diagnosed with the anxiety disorder agoraphobia.

Since then, Patton has resumed performing with Mr. Bungle, while Faith No More remained inactive. In separate interviews during 2025, drummer Mike Bordin said he believed Patton was "unwilling to do shows with us," while keyboardist Roddy Bottum said he did not think "anyone's sort of up for [a reunion] at this point."

In June, the band surprised fans by teasing a return in 2027 on social media. Bassist Bill Gould later confirmed the comeback.
